My Serenity has been in business since 2006. Katherine Fu and the other therapists specially chosen for their skills and standard of ethics, are all qualified and fully insured Holistic Therapists.
Katherine's main aim is to help people find the harmonious life we all strive for.
Her belief is that we can only become at peace with our life when all aspects of it are in complete balance. It's necessary therefore to heal the spiritual, emotional, and physical aspects of ourselves. All the services on offer are offered with the intent of helping you to achieve this balance with the maximum support you need throughout your journey.

Whilst not everyone feels they are on a journey of such depth, the therapies on offer also aim to help you enjoy your earthly time in a relaxed and calm way, so as to help you cope with the stresses of modern life.

When attending your first session with My Serenity, you will be taken through a comprehensive consultation to ensure that your treatment is adapted to suit your individual needs.
A review of your initial consultation will then be undertaken at the start of every session that follows to keep us updated of any change in your circumstances.
An initial consultation usually last no more than 15 minutes. Future reviews often take no more than 5-10 minutes dependant on any changes.

Records are held securely and no information taken from you will be used for any purpose other than to offer you the best treatment possible. Your information will not be sold.

If a referral from your GP is required before proceeding with treatment, you will not be charged for your consultation and your permission to contact your GP will be requested.
If you have any questions regarding any information taken from you, how we handle that information, or any questions about your treatment, you need only ask. Your confidence in our service is of the highest importance to us.
