Aromatherapy & Swedish Massage

Aromatherapy Massage is a very relaxing experience which releases stress build-up from the mind and physical tensions from the body. Essential oils are applied using massage making it effective if you suffer from stress, insomnia, depression, muscular aches and pains, skin problems and much more.

Swedish Massage is a much firmer massage and does not necessarily have to be performed with Essential Oils. It works the deeper tissues and can be both invigorating and relaxing.
