The concept is not new, the Chinese developed the technique thousands of years ago.<br> Modern reflexology offers tremendous health benefits; it can help reduce stress, improve circulation, cleanse the body of toxins and revitalise energy levels.<br> Reflexology works by stimulating the body's own healing mechanisms in order to restore balance and a feeling of well being.<br><br> <u>*Please note:</u><br> A Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology, (or previous massage qualification such as Swedish or Aromatherapy, or a Nursing or Physiotherapy qualification) to study this course.
