Reiki

Reiki is a natural form of hands-on healing that has been around for thousands of years. It aids your body to self-heal and leaves you feeling relaxed and calm.
A full reiki treatment includes the laying-on of hands on both the front and back of the client. There is no massage involved and the client remains fully clothed except for the removal of footwear. The client should feel comfortable with the positions of the hands at all times.
A full treatment lasts approximately 1 hour.

Reiki can be performed on just the front of the body too and combining it with crystal therapy for instance makes it a truly wonderful experience.

If a client requires a reiki 'top-up' on a regular basis, this can be performed standing, sitting in a chair, or laying on a therapy couch.
This short booster lasts approximately 20 minutes.
