Attuning to Reiki is simply being shown how to become aware of this energy and learning how it can be beneficial to us on many levels.<br> There is no pre-requisite for you to have any previous experience in any complementary therapy or healing system to be attuned to Reiki. You need only have the desire to become self-aware, and aware of the Universe around you.<br><br> How quickly you progress through the attunement process is up to you. My Serenity's Reiki Teacher/Master firmly believes that it is our own personal choice to make whether to attune to each level in quick succession or over a period of time. Your needs are discussed fully before embarking on the first attunement so that both she and you are fully prepared for the start of your journey with Reiki.<br><br> Attunement to Tibetan Reiki is also available.
